CANCELLATION POLICY
At Kai’Chanel Beauty Bar LLC, we value your time and are committed to providing an elevated, luxury beauty experience for every client. To maintain the highest level of service and accommodate all scheduled guests, the following cancellation policy is in place: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the booked service(s). Clients who fail to show for their appointment without prior notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The cancellation fee must be satisfied before booking any future appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, last-minute changes impact both our scheduling and other clients seeking availability. We kindly ask for adequate notice should you need to adjust your appointment.
